Job Duty
What you will do -Provide administrative support including courier arrangement, data entry, procurement, monthly statement, invoice, maintenance etc for office, warehouse and retail shops. -Assist in recruitment arrangement, maintain daily record of leave, roster, attendance and attendance system. -Perform reception duties. -Assist company events and staff activities. -Ad-hoc projects as assigned. What makes you great -Diploma in Business Admin., Human Resources or related disciplines with at least 2 years relevant working experience -Working experience in retail field would be advantage -Excellent telephone manner and communication skill -Good in Excel and Chinese Word Processing -Independent and mature are welcome
