Job Duty
Job Responsibilities: Provide all-rounded HR support including Recruitment, Talent Acquistion, Training & Learning etc. Responsible for the recruitment cycle (i.e. job advertising, interview arrangements, offer confirmation). Manage onboarding and off-boarding procedures. Prepare HR reports and related analyses. Perform any ad hoc assignments as requested. Job Requirements: Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines 1-year relevant experience is preferred. Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF scheme ordinance, and relevant legislation. Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese. Proactive, meticulous, good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Immediately available would be a definite advantage.
