Housekeeping Supervisor (房務主管)

Job Duty

- Oversee the stewarding and housekeeping operations and lead the team for the cleanliness and hygiene of all clinics and office 管理診所清潔團隊運作，並帶領清潔團隊確保所有診所和辦公室的衛生 - Supervise the frontline housekeeping staff, provide sufficient training to new teammate 監督前線清潔員，並為新成員提供清潔培訓 - Conduct departmental safety and health training regularly and organize cleaning related meetings for the team as needed 定期進行安全衛生培訓，並按需要舉行例行清潔會議 - Ensure high standard of cleanliness and workplace safety 確保標準的清潔和工作場所安全 - Responsible for inventory control and re-filling supplies of consumables and catering equipment 補充消耗品和茶水用品庫存控制 - Arrange reliever or cover of cleaning posts when required 需要時安排臨時清潔員人手 - Carry out daily cleaning, deep cleaning work and ad-hoc work assigned by managers 執行日常清潔、深度清潔工作和管理人員交辦的臨時工作 Job Requirements: - Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese中學畢業或以上程度 - Familiar with MS Office (Word and Excel)熟悉Microsoft Office 的操作 (Word 及Excel) - Relevant previous working experience or any functional experience in private healthcare industry will be a plus有相關工作經驗或私人醫療保健行業的任何職能經驗者優先 - Excellent Communication Skills and a Team Player優秀的溝通技巧和團隊合作精神 - Detail-minded, proactive and keen to learn注重細節，積極主動，渴望學習 - Genuine Passion and Enthusiasm to work as a Teammate for customer service有熱誠成為客戶服務團隊的成員
