Job Duty
Responsibilities: - Handle check in and check out procedures; - Greet and welcome guests; and answer their enquiries in a professional manner at all time; Requirements: - Diploma or above in Hospitality or related discipline; - Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin; - Excellent telephone manners and good customer service skills; - Pleasant, confident and patient; - Knowledge of using Opera will be an advantage; Shift duty is required; - Fresh graduate will also be considered - Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Guest Service Agent.
