Job Highlights 手工啤酒專門店; 年青團隊; 良心僱主 0-3年服務行業經驗; 非管理人員職位; 需懂英語 Competitive pay; 提供晉升及進考專業資格機會; Job Description 職責 - 負責日常廳面營運 - 維持及確保處所及食用器具等衛生清潔 - 以禮招待顧客，並為顧客提供食品及飲品介紹 - 送餐及確保顧客獲得理想服務 入職要求 - 需懂英語及廣東話 - 需持開放眼光並願意嘗試新口味啤酒及菜色 - 需因應不同狀況而編制每月工作更表及假期安排 - 需工作至凌晨 - 有機會需於公眾假期及節日上班 - 必須準時上班、誠實有責任感及處事有交帶 *對精釀啤酒(手工啤酒)有經驗者優先 我們提供開心工作環境, 年青團隊。提供免費精釀(手工)啤酒知識及自釀技術培訓, 對精釀(手工)啤酒有熱誠者, 我們還會提供百分百資助予啤酒侍酒師考試。 Responsibilities - Assist in the daily operations of the venue - Ensure the cleanliness of the venue and that tableware are properly in place and clean - Provide superior service to the guests and to provide introduction of the beers and food - Deliver dishes and drinks to customer and to ensure customers receive excellent care Requirement - Good command of spoken English and Cantonese - Be open-minded towards new taste of beer and dishes - Will need to work in different shift and have alternative holidays each month - Need to work on public and statutory holiday - Need to work till late hours - Must come to work on time, honest and able to take responsibility *Knowledge of CRAFT BEER is an advantage A happy working enviroment with our youthful team.
