Job Duty

The Department Our Property Department commits to provide integrated, customer-centric, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project management and facilities management services to the key Business Units in the Club. You will • assist the Manager of Facilities Services for planning, implementing and maintaining facilities services for all retail branches to ensure hygienic and well equipped environment • monitor the performance of contractors and ensure that services rendered are met within the required standard and time frame • plan, review and maintain working plans, monitor work schedules and advise of any upgrading work required • oversee all facility management-related functions for the properties, including both soft services and technical services • liaise with internal customers, external parties and contractors regarding the coordination of works for retail branches • perform race meeting duties if required You should have • a degree / higher diploma preferred in facilities management or related disciplines • at least 4 years solid experience in facilities / property management of which 2 years should be at supervisory level • A thorough knowledge of facilities management practices with retail related business would be an advantage • good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese • hands-on experience of using MS Office applications Terms of employment The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
