Job Duty

-Prepare and conduct theoretical and practical training for HK & Macau dealerships -Conduct product training for internal staff -Evaluate the effectiveness of training methods and make recommendations to the management -Reading-proof for the translated document from agency, and/or translate the training materials if necessary -Perform the qualify assessment according to Group requirement/standard -Engaging with potential leads through phone calls, video calls, and email to initiate sales consultations and build a rapport.
