Deputy Finance & HR Manager

Job Duty

Work Location: Tsuen Wan Company Business: Mainly logistic – trucking industry Working Days / Hours: Monday to Friday from 0900 to 1830 hours, including 1 hour meal break, and Saturday from 0900 to 1300 hours Remuneration: Negotiable Key roles & responsibilities of the Deputy Finance & HR Manager.  Finance: Managing daily accounting operations, month-end closing & payroll processing, financial reporting, budgeting, and potentially some aspects of financial analysis.  HR: Overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits & Employment Contract, performance management, and potentially training and development.  Reporting: Reporting to the General Manager and Director in the Company.  Team Management: Potentially managing a team of finance and HR staff. Requirements:  At least dioplma holder in Finance or Accounting or Business or related disciplines  2 years of relevant experience in Hong Kong or Mainland China  Excellent problem solving, communications and analytical skill  Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin  Strong numerical sense, analytical skills and detail-oriented  Occasional travel is required  Organising and managing Company business events & functions How to apply: Qualified and interested parties please send application to [email protected] quoting the above Job Title, your current and expected salary.
