Job Duty
Responsibilities: - Handle customer enquiries and complaints with excellent customer services manner - Establish and maintain good relationship with customers - Provide administrative and clerical supports - Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required Requirements: - Post-secondary in property management or related discipline is preferable - 1-2 years' work experience in property management, customer services or related industry Independent, flexible, attentive to details - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Presentable, cheerful and with positive thinking attitude - Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin - Computer Literacy in MS office, Word, Excel, - Powerpoint and Chinese Word processing
