Job Duty
Duties: - Provide assistance if and when requested by Associates; - Assist Associates when there are client's in house, help print and sort emails/documents as per in-house clients' request, and handle administrative duties as requested for in-house clients, e.g. copying, sorting out documents; - Liaise with various departments and sites to obtain clear task instructions and allocate job tasks; - Coordinate and track work inflow and outflow to deliver timely turnaround of tasks.
