Job Duty
Responsibilities: * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via Email and Phone * Handle VIP customers' enquiries in professional tone & manner, resolve any customer disputes or complaints with good record keeping in CS case log * Maintain trustful relationship with clients through proactive follow-up actions * Communicate and coordinate with internal departments Requirement: * Diploma holder, Associate Degree or above * At least 2 years relevant experience in Customer Service * Good interpersonal skills, able to work well as a team or as an individual contribution * Attention to details and able to work indecently * Good command in English, Mandarin, Cantonese (both written and spoken) * Proficient in MS Office, Chinese typing (倉頡/速成) * Fresh graduates will also be considered * Immediate available is highly preferred
