Job Duty
Perform general receptionist duties, including but not limited to greeting patients, appointment booking, patients’ registration and billing Deliver professional and high quality service experience at front desk of clinic center Handle clients’ feedback and enquiries promptly and professionally Work closely with all veterinarians and nurses to provide the very best medical care service for the patients Proactively provide feedback to supervisor on improving customers service level Carry out other duties as assigned by Supervisor Requirements: F.6 or DSE graduate 2 years’ experience in customer service industry Excellent client service skills and phone etiquette Presentable, pleasant, patient and cheerful Sense of urgency within a fast-paced environment Good interpersonal and communication skills Good command of spoken English and Chinese Immediate availability is highly preferred
