Responsibilities: - Provide membership service in Member Services Centre - Handle bookings, enquiries, data entry and complaints - Provide quality services to our members, such as answering enquiries and handling complaints Requirements: - Diploma or above with customer services experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good spoken English and Cantonese - Independent, mature and willing to learn - Shift duty required Fresh graduate are welcome
