Customer Service Manager
• Serve key clients • Resolve complaints and satisfy customers' needs by providing efficient feedback and the best solutions • Drive business growth through cost-effective business plans and operational solutions that match the needs of clients. • To pursue business possibilities, negotiations with existing clients • Develop long-term professional connections with current clients and partners to market the company's services. Control the contract renewal procedure. • Handling tenders enquiries for Government Department or corporates. • Coordinate with suppliers & partners to resolve enquiries or problems reported by clients • Ensuring our customers receive professional support and service • To coordinate with other departments to resolve customer needs and monitoring day-today customer activities • Monitor inventory management • To lead and supervise the Customer Service team to deliver Calls/Emails/Live Chats services in a timely, efficient and quality manner • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operation reports • Prepare roster schedule to meet operations needs • Conduct CS training and identify training and refreshment training needs • Work on any ad hoc duties assigned by management level.
