Job Duty
Our client is a multinational company with regional offices. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Assistant / Executive in Hong Kong office to cope with their business expansion plan. Responsibilities: To handle the inquiries of customers from both overseas and local Handle phone-in and email enquiries and shipment orders Provide service and product training to customers upon requests Maintain a professional manner in handling customer enquiries and complaints Liaise and coordinate with internal parties, customers and service agents in Hong Kong, China, and overseas Requirements: Form 5 / DSE or above At least 1 years of relevant experience, proven experience in IT solution, freight forwarder or logistics industry is an advantage Self-motivating, flexible and can-do attitude preferred. Proficient in both English and Chinese. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
