Our client is a leading integrated telecom and technology solutions provider. The company is seeking caliber candidates as a Customer Service Executive (Phone Banking) to join the team. Job duties: -Provide one-stop service to internal staff by handling phone enquiries and processing applications to enhance customer experience Requirement: - F.5 HKCEE / F.6 HKDSE, high school diploma or equivalent - Min. 1 year’ relevant experience in customer service or call center in banking/finance industry -Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (includes Mandarin) - Fresh Graduates are also considered
