Customer Service Executive ($13K＋)

Job Duty

Responsibilities: •          Assist the Customer Services Team in carrying out daily operational and administrative duties in a smooth and effective manner •          Provide quality customer services to customer in a professional manner and in accordance with company standards •          Providing consistent and high-quality customer services and products knowledge to customers •          Handle customer enquiries and complaints with high service standard to retain existing customers •          Provide full administrative support and perform ad hoc duties as assigned •          Maintain good customer relationship.   Requirement: •          Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Customer Relation or other related disciplines •          Minimum 1 year working experience in customer services industry •          Proficiency in verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin •          Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc) and Chinese word processing •          Good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills •          Good team player, mature and independent, able to work under pressure   Compensations: •          5 days work •          Bank holidays •          Annual Leave and Birthday Leave  •          Monthly free Products redemption •          Staff discount •          13th month bonus •          Performance bonus •          Young and loving working environment   Working Location: Tsuen Wan District   Interested parties please email Full Resume with Availability, Expected Salary, Date of Birth and Address, Email to Joanne <joanne@littlestardusthk.com>
