工作職責: • Customer Service Executive (Email Team / Live Chat ) • 負責透過Email及Live Chat 解答有關換領/購物查詢、體驗以至售後服務等問題 • 一般文書資料處理 • 5天輪班工作 職位要求: • 文憑或以上程度,歡迎應屆畢業生 • 具客戶服務經驗優先 • 性格開朗、有耐性、良好溝通能力 • 有團隊合作精神,能同時處理多樣工作,主動及能獨立工作 • 良好中文及英文讀寫能力
