Job Duty
Exposure And Support Handle incoming phone calls and mails on behalf of clients with professionalism. Provide quality customer services to clients and maintain smooth daily operations of the customer services team. Build a trusting and good relationship with existing clients. Handle general customer enquiries and resolve customer complaint cases. We're looking for Higher Diploma or above. At least 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in retail industry. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin). Excellent customer services attitude and professional telephone manner. Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese typing.
