Key Responsibilities: - Customer-oriented with pleasant telephone manner to both local and overseas clients - Handling shipment tracing and customer complaints in a professional service attitude - Identify and pursue upsell opportunities with clients Requirements: - Post-secondary education (English & Chinese passed in HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent) - More than 1 year customer service experience, preferably in logistic industry (Fresh graduates of Degree/ Associate Degree with part-time CS experience will also be considered.) - Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage - Good PC knowledge and typing skill with 40 words per minute - Customer oriented, flexible, proactive and able to work under pressure Salary: HKD 14,000 – 15,000 + Shift Allowance HKD 1,200 + Performance Bonus Interested parties, please click ‘’apply now’’ or contact Vicky Lo 37057821.
