Job Duty
Job Duties : - Answer the service calls and log the information in the system - Follow up the cases with related parties and update the call status to users - Dispatch the service calls to dedicate engineers - Data entry with the service information from the service reports - General administrative work such as fax and filing Requirement - DSE / HKCEE /Foundation Diploma or above - Some work experience prefer in Customer service/ hotline service - Good communication in Cantonese 15K salary 工作責任 : - 接聽服務電話並將資訊記錄在系統中 - 與相關方跟進案件並向使用者更新通話狀態 - 向專門的工程師發送服務電話 - 使用服務報告中的服務資訊進行資料輸入 - 一般行政工作,例如傳真和歸檔 要求 - 文憑試/香港中學會考/基礎文憑或以上 - 有客戶服務/專線服務工作經驗者優先 - 粵語溝通良好 15K工資
