Customer Officer - Japanese Speaking (客戶主任, 日文)

Job Duty

Your role - To provide professional customer services to clients via phone calls / email / live chat; - To handle customer inquiries and fulfill customer requests in areas including dining reservations, travel planning, shopping services, entertainment, sports, recreation & special events - To manage communication with customers in a friendly, professional & courteous manner - To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
