Your Role: • Provide high-quality personal customer services and maintain a positive experience with premium customers in a professional manner by multi-channel services such as phone, live chat and email • Understand the needs of customers and provide tailored recommendations and services, including but not limit to travel planning, hotel & car arrangement, dining & entertainment reservations or other lifestyle enquiries from customers • Maintain clear and regular communications with customers to better fulfill their requests • Stay informed about the lifestyles news and trends to ensure customer receive the best-in-class experiences • Other ad-hoc projects as assigned Ideal Candidate Profile: • Proven experience in customer service or call center environment, luxury brands or hospitality industry is an advantage • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude • Firsthand city knowledge of local events and ability to spot trends nationwide • Experience working directly with international contacts for the fulfillment of reservations • Passion for travel, lifestyles experiences, and providing exceptional service • Strong communication and customer service skills • Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin • Available to work on shifts including weekends and public holidays • Fresh Graduate is welcome • Immediate availability is highly preferred We offer: • Structured training programme • Comprehensive on-the-job and continuous training • Rotating shift pattern with 5-day work per week (from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays), between the hours of 7:30am and midnight • Shift allowance, overtime pay • Competitive salary package with monthly incentive bonus • Double Pay • Discretionary Bonus • Paid annual leave • Additional leave such as birthday leave • Group medical insurance (including spouse and children, if applicable) • Career with a clear progression path Why Join us: • Positive and encouraging work environment • New and exciting challenges everyday • Competitive salary • Workplace activities regularly Interested candidates are invited to apply online with resume.
