To work together with the Customer Service Team Leads and the Customer Service Manager as a team to identify issues in daily operation to drive efficiencies and continuous improvements. To provide support during Marketing events/promotions in aiming for a quality Member experience. Good interpersonal skills, pleasant telephone manners, patient and friendly, mature and passionate in assisting customers and anticipating needs.
