Job Duty
主要職責: 就客戶要求，配對合適的外傭 負責家政僱傭服務的市場渠道開拓與銷售工作 安排及進行面試、評估及篩選外傭 為客戶提供專業優質外傭配對服務 向客戶提供聘用僱傭的專業意見、講解勞工法例及僱傭條例 為客戶處理僱傭相關文件及售後跟進，以「一條龍」方式向客戶配對合適的外傭 負責及管理分店的日常營運及管理 配合銷售團隊以達成銷售目標 確保店舖服務質素及環境水平以達致公司專業標準 配合團隊建立公司文化 入職要求: 要求特質: 符合陽光使命、願景及價值觀 專業技能: 具良好客戶服務及銷售技巧。具有基本中英文電腦輸入及操作知識。 軟性技能: 對銷售有熱誠，積極主動，親切有禮。 工作經驗: 有銷售經驗者，特別是在僱傭行業有相關工作經驗者會優先考慮。若具有更多銷售/相關經驗者會被考慮擔任更高級的職位。 教育背景: 會考中五或DSE 畢業以上程度，歡迎應屆畢業生。 語言要求: 粵語為母語使用者，並能以英文與外傭溝通者 (歡迎能以普通話與居港內地客戶交流人仕)
