Job Duty
Responsibilities: * Establish clear, detailed and thorough briefs from members * Manage members' requests on the phone * Act as an advisor and advocate to both the member and your colleagues to facilitate good effective communication, including any required translating of responses to the member * Work with the member satisfaction ambassador to resolve and own all customer complaints relating to your members. * Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure timely, efficient and effective service to customers Requirements: * Form 7 graduate or above with at least two years' experience in a customer service environment and any administrative experience would be an advantage; * Service oriented with strong interpersonal skills; * Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English; * Creative, Outgoing personality, self-motivated, diligent and able to work independently;
