Chief Software Engineer (软件研发首席)

Job Duty

Job Responsibilities: • Lead the design, development, and optimization of software systems for millimeter-wave-based integrated sensing, communication, and computing solutions. • Architect and implement high-performance, low-latency, and secure wireless digital platforms. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, RF, and AI engineers) to deliver end-to-end product solutions. • Drive innovation in signal processing, edge computing, and wireless protocol development. • Ensure software reliability, scalability, and security in mission-critical industrial applications. • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence. • Stay updated with emerging trends in wireless technology, 5G/6G, and industrial digitalization. Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. • 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in wireless communication, embedded systems, or IoT. • Strong expertise in C/C++, Python, real-time systems, and DSP/FPGA programming. • Experience with wireless protocols (e.g., 5G, Wi-Fi 6, mmWave) and RF systems is a plus. • Familiarity with edge computing, AI/ML integration, and cloud-edge collaboration. • Proven leadership in R&D projects and agile development methodologies. • Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) for cross-regional collaboration.
