Job Duty
Responsibilities: · Execute marketing plan and business strategy · Explore Business opportunities and market development · Strengthening the company’s branding in the industry · Coordinate with different internal and external parties · Assist in operation and contribute to on-going sales, marketing, and product projects. · Responsible for the leasing activities including new lettings, renewal, budget preparation, tenancy liaison and administration for relaunching brand · Conduct market research, analysis and supervise the preparation of the leasing reports · Work closely with internal parties to formulate and implement development and expansion strategies Requirements: · Min. 2 years relevant experiences in Business Developing · Diploma in Business Management or related disciplines · Self-motivated, well-organized, independent and with strong sense of responsibility · Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Good knowledge of the property and F&B market
