Brand Ambassador (Full/Part Time welcome)

Job Highlights - Promotes our brand and culture - 5.5 day work - Open and fun working environment Job Summary:   Anytime Fitness is a multinational corporation (international fitness brand), a Brand Ambassador acts as the “face” of Anytime Fitness. Except to provide excellent customer service, you will act as a brand ambassador to build good relationships with members and promotes our brand. You are constantly expected to engage with members in order to generate brand awareness. Aim to let our brand as well as culture consistently be promoted to our target market and ensure our brand is viewed positively. Job Description: • Maintain active social relationships with customers • Responsible for supporting the execution and on-site management of Owners programmes and events • Promoting Anytime Fitness culture to the existing and potential customers • Manage our marketing plan including handing out flyers, social media posting, corporate partnerships, and prospect calls • Deliver presentations on our fitness club, including Anytime Fitness brand, membership, and personal training packages (no sales target requirement) • Organize diversified fitness activities for members Job Requirements: • Form 5, DSE or above • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Customer service-oriented person • Good command of English and Chinese • Fresh graduate welcome • With relevant work experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred (not necessary) • First Aid and/or CPR Certification (Can be obtained later) • Conversant with various social media networks, MS Office applications and word processing • Energetic, talkative, pleasant, highly motivated and outgoing personality We offer: • Attractive remuneration package with allowance, incentives, commission scheme • A fun and energetic environment • Career growth and development pathways • On the job training • Unlimited access to all the clubs in the world If you enjoy working in a fun health club environment, have a friendly, outgoing personality, and genuinely care about helping others.
