We value our employees, wherever in the world they may be, and encourage them to develop professionally and personally through vocational training opportunities offered through the GAC Corporate Academy : https://academy.gac.com/ Job Purpose Assist the shipping team in handling the daily work of vessel husbandry services Follow up on job files and ship calls under supervision Maintain good communication and service with ships, principals and key parties Job Duties Board ships to handle port clearances, crew change, cash to master, spares delivery and container vessel documentation Process formalities and declarations requirements Liaise with stakeholders such as customs, stevedores, ship suppliers, repairers, cargo interests and port authorities Requirements F.5 / DSE or above Good communication skills Able to communicate with English & Chinese - both written and spoken Familiar with using Microsoft Office applications Smart, self-motivated and fast learner Strong problem-solving skills Has an outgoing personality, good interpersonal skills and enjoys interacting with people Good work ethics and professional integrity With boarding experience in ship agency industry will be considered as senior position, package can be negotiable Work Location : AIA Kowloon Tower, Kwun Tong Salary & Benefit : Attractive remuneration package 13-month salary Performance Bonus Medical Insurance Annual Leave up to 15 days Bank Holidays Mobile Phone Allowance Personal development plan (Trainee Program will apply to fresh graduates) Marriage leave, Compensation Leave, Examination leave etc. Good Career Path - Trainee will be promoted after completion of 6-month Trainee Program Website : www.gac.com (All info collected will be used for recruitment purpose only)
