Job Duty
Responsibilities: -Develop Beverage Menu (including alcohol and non-alcohol drinks) - Work alongside with Chef and Management to devise interesting pairings of food & wine on the menus - Possess good knowledge of the menu and drink list and ensure all customer orders are served timely and correctly -Ensure the smooth operation of the bar area -Drinks preparation and assist on floor operation - Build relationship with key suppliers and always check out on special offers and negotiate the best prices with suppliers - Assist in stock ordering and monthly stock take Requirements: -Form 3 or above -2 years or above relevant experience -Friendly smile, well-groomed, warm personality and loves people -Good problem solving skills and customer service attitude -Good communication skills and team spirit Benefits: 5 days work week 2 days off per week Duty meal Tips & services charges to team Attractive remuneration package Discretionary Bonus / Referral Bonus Excellent career prospects
