Assistant Restaurant Manager/Supervisor (Causeway Bay)

Job Duty
Responsibilities: - Responsible for daily operations of the restaurant, including manpower scheduling, inventory update etc. - Monitor and maintain control on food quality, hygiene and work safety issues. - Prepare various analysis on the sales figures and maximize the profitability to meet the company sales targets. - Ability to lead and motivate restaurant staff and kitchen team to build a strong team spirit. - Ensure positive guest experience, resolve customer complaints and take all appropriate actions. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years’ experiences in hospitality industry at supervisory level - Must have strong leadership, coaching skills, proactive and positive work attitude. - Must have customer oriented with strong communication and inter-personal skills. - Must be good problem solving and decision-making skills - Must have good communication of written and spoken in English.
