Assistant Project Manager / Senior Project Coordinator (Fitting out)

Job Duty

-To manage multiple mid-to-large-scale projects, including but not limited to handling manpower, performing cost control, risk assessments, monitoring the progress of projects and prioritizing resources among multiple concurrent projects -To handle variation claim and negotiation of multiple projects -To review and assist in managing changes to the project requirements -To advise in project-related matters, including but not limited to tendering process -To liaise and coordinate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the budget, quality and timeline of the project -To develop junior staff members through on-the-job training and coaching -5 years or above relevant working experiences, with 2 years supervisory experience, with profound knowledge of PM in related industries; while 3 years experience will be considered as Project Coordinator -Knowledge of necessary software (MS Office, MS Project, CAD), and good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin; written and spoken 2-years contract with a 2-months salary as a gratuity bonus Interested parties please apply by sening your detailed CV with current and expected salary to [email protected]
