Assistant / Operations Manager (Food Factory)

Job Duty

Job Description • Manage and Monitor Daily Food Factory Operation: Ensure all products met or exceeded company requirements in quality and also food safety is based off ISO22000 (2018) and HACCP. • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain safe levels, high production efficiency, and acceptable food cost. • Market Analysis: Forecast and analyze food market trends; prepare production capacity and factory performance and efficiency KPI reports. • Production Supervision: Supervise daily production activities, hold regular meetings, analyze production problems, and implement effective measures to ensure smooth, efficient operations. • Coordination and collaboration: Coordinate with the Food Department, Operation team, Quality Assurance, Logistics, and Warehouse equipment teams. • Ad-hoc Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by management. Job Requirements • Familiarity with SOP, ERP, BOM, KPI, ISO 22000, and HACCP processes and reports • Experience in catering operations and food production • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • 5 years+ exp in Operation Management in Food & Beverages Industry • Manage D2D Operations and Monitor Performance • Passionate on serving high quality products and services • Good Communication with peers and management
