Job Duty
Responsibilities: *Prepare and review contractual terms & conditions and tender documentation to identify specific requirement; *Ensure all documents are prepared in a timely manner and the information is accurate and up-to-dated; *Act as the direct contact point to answer enquiries related to daily quotation from different clients such as Hospital Authority, Private Hospital & Department of Health; *Prepare regular evaluation report for our clients; *Perform ad hoc task as assigned Requirements: *Diploma or above with 1-2 years working experience preferably in Order Processing / Sales Administration / Customer Services *Excellent customer sense, interpersonal and communication skills *Proficient in computer application and MS Office *Experience in Oracle system is an advantage *Good in written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus *Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Officer Please email your detailed resume with contact numbers, current and expected salary to JoinUsHKG@dchauriga.com
