Job Responsibilities: - Support Customer Services team in coordinating with customers on daily operations; - Provide administrative & ticketing service support to ensure efficient operation of the office; - Provide customer services & handling frontline enquiries; - Support may be required at various locations as part of the job responsibilities; - Ad hoc duties assigned by the Company. Job Requirements: - Form 5 / DSE or above; - Fresh graduate with good attitude will be consider; - Mature and pleasant personality with good communication skill; - Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure; - Immediate availability is highly preferred.
