Job Duty
Our client is a MNC company seeking for a high caliber to join their team as an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist. Job Descriptions: • Reception services to maintain the Company's reputation • Handle enquiries efficiently and professionally • Organize couriers and mail delivery • Coordinate the utilization of Conference Rooms and other office facilities • Maintain sufficient stationery and office supplies • Assist in other reasonable duties that may be required by supervisors Job Requirements: • Higher Diploma or above • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or administration • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Good spoken & written English and Chinese • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
