Job Duty
• Handle sales support administration and record keeping • Responsible for communication with internal and external parties • Provide full administrative support for office operations, including courier service, office supplies, petty cash, payments, facility maintenance and office improvement/renovation work • Responsible for travel arrangements and related reports and payments - and assist in reception duties • Outdoor work required, assist in documents delivery and collection Requirements: • Diploma or above • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Proficiency in Windows, Excel and Chinese Words Typing
