Job Duty
Responsibilities: • Perform office admin and HR duties • Provide clerical support to the admin team • Prepare reports • assist to answer written enquires from customer in Chinese writing • handle other ad hoc assignments required Requirements: • Degree holder / Higher Diploma, or equivalent • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) OR • 2 years+ related exp in office admin preferred OR • Interested in exploring AI-driven analytical methods is an adv • A good team player, multi-tasking, work under pressure & attentive to details
