Accounts Officer

Job Duty

Job Description - Handle daily accounting and finance operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, vouchers and general ledger on a timely basis - Assist in managing company cash flow - Managing month-end closing, and financial analysis, statutory reporting, forecasting, management reporting - Ensuring internal controls and compliance with accounting and legislative requirements. - Dealing with annual statutory audit and external auditors - Liaise with internal and external parties to maintain a smooth operation - Outdoor work as needed - Ad hoc projects from time to time Requirements (Job Specification) - Degree/Diploma holder in accounting with 1-3 years relevant experience (*Trading Company experience will be advantage) - Strong in problem solving and communication skills - Strong in Excel skill - A good team player with can-do attitude - Detail mind and good organizational capabilities - Able to work under pressure - Good command in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English
