Job Duty

Responsibilities: • Oversee transaction booking for all operations within the company. • Prepare and analyze data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial and operational KPIs, as well as monthly and year-end reports. • Manage account schedules for month-end and year-end closing, including statutory requirements such as audits and taxes. • Coordinate invoice matching of product supplier accounts payable from the operating system to the accounting system. • Conduct variance analysis for customer accounts to identify trends and opportunities. • Perform P&L analysis to assess customer performance and profitability. • Manage fixed assets, including tracking, valuation, and depreciation. • Maintain system interfaces between the operation system (SCI) and the Accounting system (SunSystem). • Assist with ad hoc projects as requested. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • Member of ACCA, HKICPA, CIMA or equivalent is preferred • Minimum 6 years in accounting-related jobs, preferably in China-based company • Ability to work independently and manage time and resources effectively • Proficiency in accounting software (SUN accounting system preferable) and Microsoft Office suite • Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Good in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Package: • Salary offer: HK$28,000-HK$30,000 • Bonus • Annual Leave • Group medical insurance • Life Insurance • Training and development opportunities Interested parties, please Call or by WhatsApp at 90907728 Miss Cheng for discuss.
