Responsibilities: - Support the gym customers’ service operations - Handle customers’ enquiries and feedback - Summarize and report customers’ feedback into constructive recommendations - Create a comfortable and awesome customers journey and customers experience - Support gym clerical and admin work - Handle other ad-hoc tasks assigned Talent Requirements: - Minimum Pass the HKCEE/HKDSE with Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects; or Grade E or above in five subjects in HKCEE; or equivalent - Candidates with associate degrees or bachelor’s degrees in all disciplines would definitely be a plus - 1 year or more relevant working experience in a Customer Services position would definitely be an advantage, preferably in educational or retail industries - Proficiency in MS Office suite and Google suite is a must - Proactive attitude with mature interpersonal skills, willing to communicate with other colleagues and customers - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently - Immediately available would definitely be an advantage - Candidate with more experience would be offering as Senior Customers Service Officer If you are keen to work with us, please share your CV, expected salary and available date to us via Indeed or you can simply fill out this interview form: https://form.asana.com/?k=UEfT1HgeLaIu9ELcsBxaIw&d=1199676648063236 .
