職位描述: · 為客戶提供全面優質的熱線服務, 處理客戶的查詢和投訴 · 與客人建立良好關係, 處理客戶需求 · 確保熱線運作順暢 · 協助處理臨時委派的工作 入職要求: ·文憑以上 · 良好廣東話,英語及普通話 · 客戶服務工作的相關經驗者優先考慮 · 具良好溝通能力、客戶服務技巧,適應力強,能獨立工作 · 熟悉電腦操作(MS Word, Excel)及中文打字(倉頡/速成) 工作時間 : · 每週5天工作 (輪值9小時,當中1小時為午飯時間) 早班:星期一至星期日 9:00-18:00 夜班:星期一至星期日 15:00-24:00 · 工作地點:旺角、奧海、上環 (視情況安排)
