Job Duty

The Job - Responsible for managing company own fleets, trucks and outsourced delivery - Meet daily and monthly business targets (KPIs) for transport operations, including delivery volumes, delivery schedule and service hours, on-time delivery rates, safety, customer complaints & incidents, productivity - Maintain all transport processes, procedures, and schedules and manage the daily activities of the transport operation (SOPs) - Build and manage relations with team members and outsourced delivery teams to meet both quality and cost objectives Deliver the safety implementation plan to achieve zero injuries and accidents, and for sustained improvement in all The Person - Form 5/DSE level or above - 3 years’ experience in Transportation operations, demonstrating good knowledge in either fleet management or local distribution management - Driver License 2 or above would be an advantage - Able to work under pressure and have ability to handle rapid growth of deliveries - Good command of Spoken and written English and Chinese DFI Retail Group is an equal opportunity employer and responsible for ensuring that all personal information collected from each Candidate presented to DFI Retail Group is used for recruitment purposes only and the personal data will be kept and handled confidentially.
