Job Duty
- Monitor the reception counters and maintain clerical support to the daily operations - Lead and coordinate the concierge service to provide one-stop service to residents - Manage residents' inquiries from all channels and achieve company's key performance indicators - Prepare regular reports - Staff are required to perform shift duty including (07:00-16:00 / 13:00-22:00 - 5.5 days per week
