工作內容: 於熱線中心內工作，接聽綜合熱線，處理客户有關家庭電器之查詢 透過電話或電郵提供專業客戶服務 負責解答一般產品查詢及售後支援服務 處理有關項目之客户投訴及維修事宜 工作地點: 葵涌 工作時間: 每週工作5.5天 星期一至星期五: 上午8:30至下午5:30 / 星期六: 上午8:30至下午12:30 星期天及公眾假期全休息 要求: 中五/中學文憑或以上程度，一年或以上客戶服務/熱線中心經驗 良好溝通能力 (流利粤語; 基本英文、普通話) 對客戶服務/熱線有興趣，具相關產品知識優先考慮 良好客戶服務態度、溝通能力及電話對答技巧 有意者請將履歷表 電郵至 [email protected]/ 傳真至 3747-1710 * 申請人所提供的資料絕對保密，並只作與招聘有關用途
