工作職責 : 接聽熱線來電及解答查詢 一般文書工作及跟進客戶訂單 提供優質售後服務，處理客戶投訴 與客戶建立良好關係，協助解決客戶問題 工作要求 : 中五或以上程度 一年或以上工作經驗，具客戶服務經驗更佳 流利英語，廣東話及普通話 懂基本電腦操作及文書處理 良好人際關係及溝通技巧 積極主動，具責任感及願意學習
