Job Duty
應徵者必須年滿18 歲，持有有效香港永久居民身份証及香港銀行戶口(同名) 工作地點: 荃灣西商場 工作期: 2023年1月1日至11月30日 工作時間: 星期一至日 1300-2200 (9小時包括有薪飯鐘); (需提早15分鐘到達場地並換妥制服) 兼職 (每星期需工作2-6日) — 時薪: $60/hour + $10/hour (返齊更, 無遲到早退) + $5/hr (無收投訴) 全職 (8日有薪年假; 享有公衆假期(補假), 每月8日休息日, 每星期工作5-6日(輪更, 輪休)) — 每月底薪連勤工$14,000起, 具經驗者可達$16,000 工作性質: · 負責禮賓部客戶服務工作 · 處理客戶查詢及投訴 · 推廣商場活動 · 提供優質客户服務 入職要求: · 守時，有責任感，積極主動有禮 · 具獨立工作能力，良好的溝通技巧和表達能力 · 具有相關客戶服務工作經驗 · 操流利的粵語、普通話及英語，並具有熟悉中英文書寫能力 · 熟悉中英輸入法 · 已完成最少三劑疫苗接種 制服要求(自備)： - 女士: 白色底衫, 黑色實色絲襪, 黑色皮鞋 - 男士: 白色底衫, 黑色襪(非船襪), 黑色皮鞋 備註: · 每日返工前需做快速測試，公司會提供快速測試套裝 · 應徵者 必須年滿18 歲，持有有效香港身份証及香港銀行戶口 · 應徵者須通過面試方可正式上班，公司會提供在職培訓 # 應徵者請填妥以下表格應徵，所收集的個人資料只作招聘用途 https://forms.gle/bwTk6kitv4nsR5EEA # 如有任何爭議，Event Elite 將保留最終決定權
