Why We Created the Front-line Talent Interchange
Amid ongoing post-pandemic labour shortages and an evolving workforce landscape, we wanted to do more than just facilitate hiring – we wanted to bridge the gap between industries and untapped potential. By bringing this event to the heart of Mong Kok, our goal was to tackle manpower challenges head-on while encouraging the community – including homemakers and caregivers looking to re-enter the workforce – to find flexible career paths that fit their lives. Coupled with transparent market data and insights, we aimed to empower jobseekers to make confident, informed decisions about their next career steps.
Beyond interviews, we were proud to share valuable front-line labour market insights and data with jobseekers. Equipping candidates with current industry trends and market intelligence is at the heart of what we do, helping them navigate their career journeys and find their next fulfilling stop.
